Itinerary

Day 1: SANTIAGO (IN) – COLCHAGUA VALLEY

Transfer to San Fernando to discover the magnificent landscapes of the Colchagua Valley famous for the production of Syrah and Carmenere. Our journey begins with the visit to the winery CASA SILVA (www.casasilva.cl) , one of the oldest and most beautiful wineries in Chile where we will taste three "Grand Reserve" wines. Then, we will transfer to the winery VIU MANENT (www.viumanent.cl). Founded in 1935, it has consolidated its position as a Chilean winery of excellence present in more than 30 countries around the world, and producing fine wines only with own grapes. The tour includes a tasting of 5 wines including 1 Premium. After having lunch at its exquisite restaurant, arrival at the winery LA PLAYA (www.hotelvinalaplaya.cl), one of the most important Chilean wine brands in the United States. Dinner and overnight at the exclusive hotel in the vineyard . (L, D)  

Day 2: COLCHAGUA VALLEY – CASABLANCA VALLEY

In the morning we will transfer to the winery MONTES (ww.monteswines.com), which pioneered in choosing Apalta Valley and planting on the slopes of the mountain. The tour includes the tasting of three Premium wines and one Reserve. We leave the beautiful Colchagua valley behind and continue towards Casablanca valley (approximately 230 km) famous for the white wines, especially Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Arrival at the wonderful winery CASAS DEL BOSQUE (ww.casasdelbosque.cl) founded in 1993 as a boutique winery and exclusively oriented to the production of high quality wines . After lunch at its exquisite restaurant, we'll visit the wine cellar including a tasting of three Grand Reserve wines and one Estate Selection Family Reserve. Later, transfer to the Rosario valley where the charming winery MATETIC (www.mateticvineyards.com) is located. Established in 1999, the vineyard has an area of 9,000 hectares , 90 of them are in all-organic soils and are producing 100% natural grapes. Dinner and overnight at its exclusive guest-house. Day 3: CASABLANCA VALLEY – SANTIAGO (OUT)

Morning transfer to the winery MAR (www.vinamar.cl). Its 250 hectares have been planted with fine French vines: the line "Reserva Especial" stands out, thanks to the harvest done all by hand and the special classification according to the grapes' concentration. The tour includes a tasting of two "Reserva Especial" wines. Afterwards, transfer to the winery INDOMITA (www.indomita.cl), an entirely white construction built in 1999, located on the top of the hill. The tour includes a tasting of two varietal wines and one Reserve. After having lunch at its prestigious restaurant, return to Santiago . END OF OUR SERVICES . (B, L) Dinner not included
