California Travelers Benefit from Using a California Travel Agent or Tour Operator
"Look, See, the CST"
Californians are urged to look for the CST number when they are considering booking advertised travel on websites, in social media ads, newspapers and phone books.
Businesses with a CST number participate in a state Travel Consumer Restitution Fund that may reimburse travelers who don't get their trips.
The CST number is issued by the California Department of Justice (Attorney General's Office) to travel agents and tour operators that have registered with the office as required by law.
