Shore excursions are one-day tours which we offer in the port cities. We can book anything from a ½ day excursion to a few day trip extensions. This is a sample of the many options for adventure, luxury, and entertainment add-ons which we offer. It is a great way to add some local flavor to your cruise experience.
Buenos Aires:
• City tour: Highlights of Buenos Aires

Duration: 3 to 4 hours.
Enjoy this magic city by visiting the major neighborhoods and attractions. You'll see the main square, Plaza de Mayo, surrounded by the Presidential Headquarters Office, the Colonial Town Hall , and the Cathedral. Enjoy the famous 9 de Julio Avenue (the widest boulevard in the world) passing by Colon Opera House and the Obelisk commemorating the founding of the city. Discover the nostalgic neighborhood of San Telmo and scroll down the colorful streets of La Boca, famous for its multicolored tin-roofed houses.
You will also visit the elegant Barrio Norte on your way to Recoleta with its famous above the ground cemetery lined with mausoleums, where you will see Eva Peron's final resting place. Finally, drive through Palermo and see its magnificent mansions and parks, zoo and charming cafes.

Buenos Aires: Tigre & DELTA
This half day excursion will take you the Tigre and Paraná River delta, just north of Buenos Aires . Visiting the charming and stylish riverside neighborhoods of San Fernando, San Isidro, Olivos (where the president of Argentina resides). Once you arrive in Tigre you will take an hour cruise through the channels between the islands, yachts clubs, and great summer vacation properties.

Buenos Aires: FIESTA GAUCHA. Ranch
This full day excursion will take you to the old land of the GAUCHOS, the PAMPAS s urrounding the city of Buenos Aires which extend into the interior of Argentina for hundreds of miles.
You will have an amazing experience and opportunity to enter into the romantic world of these gauchos. You will be able to participate in their traditional dances and music during an authentic gaucho festival.
The party takes place at a beautiful old ranch and includes horseback riding, hayrides, a typical "asado criollo" (typical argentine barbeque), wine, and a folklore show of dancing and gaucho horseback skill demonstration.

This is an exclusive tour which follows in the footsteps of Eva Peron, one of the most famous and notorious women in Argentine history. You will visit the places which were part of Evita`s life and her story. You will visit different places where she had been working for the people of Argentina such as: Confederacion General del Trabajo (CGT), Avenida de Mayo, the famous balcony in the Pink House, Ministerio de trabajo, and Nuestra Señora del Pilar church in Recoleta which also is the location of her tomb. Other places to visit will be the national library and Evita Museum , a place where you can learn more about her life and work.
USHUAIA: Tierra del Fuego National Park
Option 1) ½ day.
This tour gives you the opportunity to view the amazing Tierra del Fuego National Park, with its rivers, lakes, and lush green vegetation.
The park is located approximately 10 miles from Ushuaia city and covers the area of 150.000 acres from the Beagle Channel in the South to beyond Fagnano Lake in the North.
This half day excursion offers plenty of sightseeing during a quick visit. You will have the opportunity to take some panoramic photos, if the weather permits it. There are plenty of activities and adventure to be experienced in this park.
Option 2) Full day with hiking and kayaking.

This version offers more active way to enjoy the park. You will departure in the morning to Ensenada Bay , located in the Tierra del Fuego National Park , from where you will start a 3-hour hike, enjoying great views on your way. It is an easy hike. During the 7km walk to Lake Roca you will be escorted by a specialized, local guide, who will be explaining to you about the flora and fauna and native people that used to live in the area.
The lunch is included and it will be served on the shores of the lake. After lunch get ready for canoeing on Lapataia River to Lapataia Bay at the end of the Panamerican Road , by the Beagle Channel. Return to Ushuaia in the afternoon.
USHUAIA: Beagle Channel Navigation

Duration: 3-4 hours.
Take navigation on the Beagle Channel and enjoy the view of this magnificent city at the End of the World from the water.
The excursion starts at the local port. First you will cruise by the sea lions colony and then a stop on Isla de los Pajaros, inhabited by Royal and Imperial Cormorants. Then from the boat, you will be able to admire the Lobos Island , where different species of sea lions live.
Finally, you will reach the famous LES ECLAIREURS LIGHTHOUSE, built in 1929. On the way back to Ushuaia we will have some cookies and tea and of course, the Argentinean MATE!
