We had a wonderful time...everything was well organized, the travel arrangements you provided were excellent. The hotels were equally amazing, people super-nice (surprisingly more so in BA than in Patagonia!), and the scenery was literally breath-taking - especially in Patagonia.

We were very fortunate with the weather as well - in short: awesome trip.

Highly recommend you as a travel agency.

Analia and Eureka Travel were excellent! Analia had great ideas and was extremely responsive in helping us plan the trip. She returned emails and phone calls quickly and was on target with her ideas. We had almost zero problems on the trip with all transitions occurring very smoothly. Once or twice when we had a concern, we called and she helped solve the problem.

Analia recommended the homestay in Lago de Titicaca and that was memorable. A real high point!

I would have loved to have added a few days, if only we had the time. It would have been great to trek into Canyon de Colca but we didn't have time.
I also would have loved to have seen Valparaiso and more of Chiloe… maybe next time.

I just wanted to thank you for the wonderful trip that you planned for my family and me. It was a superbly well-organized trip and we all had an amazing time. All of the drivers and agencies that you provided us were extremely punctual and professional. I was expecting a certain amount of "latin time" when it came to being picked up, but they were more punctual than even by US standards. The hotel location in Buenos Aires was perfect and the Tango show and dinner was great. We also really enjoyed our time in Iguazu and the wine tasting expedition in Mendoza was fantastic. Overall, my family had a great time and were really surprised by how smoothly everything went. Thank you again for your hard work and for giving us such a memorable trip.

All of the accommodations you set up were great.  The hotel at Urubamba was so beautiful and of course Hotel Nobility was wonderful!  However, each hotel was great.  Also, our plane from Trujillo to Cusco ended up being delayed by hours and the transfer agent waited for us and still met us at the Cusco airport despite us not thinking to notify anyone.

We all loved the people of Peru!  They are so nice and helpful and everyone we interacted with seemed knowledgeable about their country and culture and curious about ours.  The tour guides are amazing...I've been on lots of tours in lots of countries and never have I experienced such enthusiastic and knowledgeable guides.  I loved it!!

We have never used a travel agency to book vacations in the past. After this trip, we will never book on our own again! Everything was wonderfully organized and planned out for us (including tours, transfers, flights), so we never had to worry about a thing. Analia and the travel company were fabulous in finding lovely accommodations for us that we would never have found on our own and absolutely went above and beyond in answering all our questions (we had a lot!) and provided us 24/7 support when our originating flight was delayed (they even made sure all our travel documents were forwarded on to our next destination and helped us with documentation for our travel insurance claim).

Hiking to the top of Huyana Pichu (suggested by Analia)...a once in a lifetime experience.
Navigating the back walking trails of Easter Island on our own...it reminded us that there are still some unspoiled places in the world (with no cell service!).

We would love to have been able to stay in Peru longer and visited some other areas, there is so much to do! We are definately planning another trip back in the future.
Would also book more flights on South and Central American airlines versus United or other US airlines. Flights on LAN and Taca were comfortable and had nice, friendly service...reminded us of what flying used to be like!

We had excellent travel advice in a timely manner. Analia from the travel company was very helpful and on top of the details of our trip which involved several flights, car rentals, hotels etc.

Patagonia was amazing. Salta and the northwest was also wonderful. We also really enjoyed Cordoba especially since our daughter had studied there.

This was the trip of a lifetime!
We live in Seattle and had never been south of Mexico (Argentina is ten times better than Mexico!). I had the idea that it might be fun to do something different and go to Argentina. I contacted Analia and Cecilia of this Argentina travel agency via the Zicasso website. Analia took my very rough ideas and crafted the entire trip herself. We had some give and take regarding the times, dates and hotels and she ultimately came up with our final itinerary. All the excursions listed above were her idea and each one was beyond our expectations. At the listed time and date on our itinerary our guide and/or driver would arrive at exactly the right time to take us to our next adventure. We speak no Spanish but never had to worry since everything was handled by Analia. At each airport a guide would have a sign with our name and pick us up and give us a tour on the way to our hotel. The one rough spot occurred when the Argentine airline overbooked and we missed our flight. This NOT the fault of the tour. We called Analia and she got right back to us and had someone there to meet us when our new flight arrived in Bariloche. She or her sister Cecilia called us several times during the trip to make sure things were going will. WHAT SERVICE !!!

My wife and I entered and left Argentina through Buenos Aires. We enjoyed one day on each end of our trip in BA and toured the city both on foot and in a bus. Additionally we enjoyed a tango show our last night in BA. Next we went to Iguazu and spent one long and enjoyable day in the park seeing this incredible waterfall from every direction including a boat ride into the falls. Then we spent 3 days in Mendoza touring the wineries. We stayed in Finca Adalgisa, a boutique winery and hotel. This was the finest hotel experience I've ever had. We were treated like royalty with the staff always asking us if we needed something. After one long morning touring we arrived back at the hotel between meals and the staff took it upon themselves to make a late lunch (at no charge). One evening we took their cooking class with their head chef Kristina and had a blast learning how to make empanadas. Our tour guide to the wineries was Cecilia. She was terrific and was very knowledgeable about winemaking as she had worked for several years at one the wineries. After 3 days we reluctantly left for Bariloche. Our trip there was shortened because of an overbooking at the Argentine airline. We were able to regroup and still got in our short circuit and boat ride of Nahuel Huapi Lake to Puerto Blest. Our guide in Bariloche was Karen - she was excellent and went over everything from plate tectonics to the unique flora and fauna of the lakes region of Argentina. The final leg of our trip was El Califate. This was the most visually spectacular place I have ever seen. (As I mentioned we're from Seattle and the glaciers in Patagonia are far more impressive than Alaska) I'll try to enclose some pictures. We had a full day boat ride among the glaciers of Lago Argentina. The next day we trekked on Pedro Moreno Glacier and had the experience of a lifetime.

Analia, our Argentina travel agent, was wonderful. She helped up plan the perfect trip.

The most enjoyable part of our trip was our time spent in El Calafate on both the Estancia Cristina excursion and the Perito Moreno Glacier excursion.

What are your overall comments on the trip and travel company?
Our family of four ( kids aged 20 and 15) went to Argentina for the first time. Analia from our Argentina tour operator made all of our arrangements. She helped us tailor our trip to what was important to us and gave us great advice regarding the best way for us to see part of Argentina. It is a very large country, so she recommended limiting ourselves to Buenos Aires and 1 other location ( we visited the Glaciers in Calafate). Since the Glaciers came in the middle of our trip, she recommended that we stay in a different neighborhood when we returned to Buenos Aires for the final 2 days of our trip. All of her advice and the arrangements she made worked out perfectly.

What were the most enjoyable or memorable parts of your trip?
Buenos Aires was a much bigger and more cosmopolitan city than we realized. Coming from NY, we really loved Buenos Aires. The 3 day trip to Calafate to do excursions on the Glacier were very memorable. Some of the most amazing examples of natural beauty we'd ever seen.

If you could take your trip again, what would you do differently?
Nothing. It all worked perfectly.

We just arrived Friday morning from our honeymoon in Argentina.  I just wanted to thank you for all your help, time and effort on helping me coordinate with our flights, bus fares and all.  We came back enamoured with the beauty, history, culture and food from Argentina. Most of all though, we were treated very well by the locals and they were very helpful at all times. Buenos Aires was a blast, a mix of Euro culture and food. The city was gorgeous and we saw so much in 10 days. Bariloche was stunningly gorgeous!! We stayed in LLao LLao in a beautiful lake house off of Avenida Bustillo on Km 23 over looking Nahaul Huapi. We mastered the bus system and enjoyed it as well. Each day was full of touring and adventures. We came back with many great stories and great times.  Again many thanks and I hope you and your loved ones have a great holiday season.
Sincerely,

Alex S.

Analia at Eureka travel was wonderful to work with in coordinating and executing our two week vacation to Peru and Bolivia which we returned from on July 8, 2011. We wanted to see specific places in Peru and she customized our vacation to include all of the things we wanted. Each step of the way someone met us at our destination city, took us to our hotel and made sure we knew the itinerary for the tours of that city once we arrived there. We had great English speaking tours of all of the places we went and the hotels she booked us in were all very nice. Even when our flight plans changed, Analia was quick to adjust our tours and future flights to accommodate what we wanted to do. Analia was always great to return our phone calls and e-mails whenever we had questions and she even called us while we were in Peru to check on us. I think our constant contact and questions may have driven her crazy but she was wonderful and made us feel safe knowing that she was there if we encountered any problems.

Myself & family of 5 have just returned from a 14 day trip to Peru. Needless to say it was a wonderful adventure. This was the first time we have used a travel agent and it was the best decision we made the whole trip. I had met Analia at the travel show in Los Angeles and was immediately impressed with her attentiveness and willingness to listen to what we thought we wanted. After much discussion & listening to her input we decided on our itinerary. Analia was our advocate the entire trip. She arranged flights, hotels etc. however the thing we found most helpful was her idea to have local contacts at each stop to help with transfers from airport to hotel to train to boat etc. The entire trip seemed so easy that we almost took what she did for granted until...... the airport closed unexpectedly to "afternoon" flights the day before our "afternoon" flight out of Puno. Even thought it was a Sunday evening, Analia hit the computer and within an hour (while we were enjoying our delicious dinner) she had us booked for a flight that next morning. So...of all the little details, plans, arrangements, checking in with us along the way etc. The best thing I can say about our experience with Analia & Eureka is that she has a wonderful attitude, is a great problem solver and she was there when we needed her. We would definitely use Eureka Travel again.

Just a note to say thank you for all your help with our trip. It went off without a problem. A miracle. Well not a miracle I guess, just a testament to your good work. I also recommend the Yacutinga Lodge to anyone that wants the jungle experience in comfort. They do good work in preserving that small piece of remaining jungle and provide jobs for the local people. Also the El Esplendor Hotel in BA was just the thing. Did you know there was that great cafe for dinner just across the street? Perfect.
Even my husband says to say thank you for your work as we had no issues to deal with. All went smoothly. As I say, a miracle. It seems like every trip has one something go wrong but not this time. If we get to Peru one day, you are the one I will call for sure.
Thanks again, Sue

The Argentina travel agency did a marvelous job! The organization was perfect! We never had a problem with the numerous flights, transfers to & from hotels or the hotels themselves which were chosen beautifully according to the criteria we had expressed. Some of the local agencies had very good and knowledgeable guides, others slightly less impressive but this cannot be blamed on this Argentina travel agency.

We decided to escape the snow of New York and thanks to this Argentina travel agency, it all became possible within a 3 week frame: that's the most extraordinary part!
Each area was interesting to discover: Argentina is such a large country! From Buenos Aires to the Pampas, to Iguazu, to Salta and Mendoza, it's almost like traveling to different countries, the landscapes are so varied and the people, their traditions, music, culinary habits... are so different.
If we have an opportunity to go back, we'll return to Salta to explore more!

I recently booked a trip for 2 weeks to Buenos Aires, Argentina with the help of Eureka Travel and had a fantastic experience! Fantastic service, wonderful trip planning
I worked with Analia and Cecilia from Eureka travel for a few weeks planning a trip to Mendoza, Iguazu FAlls and Buenos Aires, Argentina. I have to say Cecilia and Analia are both absolutely sensational! Our two day visit to the wineries in Mendoza which were arranged by Eureka travel far exceeded our expectations. both days were amazing. Eureka handled all arrangements including selection of seven wineries, driver, guide and luncheons for each day. We were originally headed to Iguazu Falls but the airline cancelled our flight, thus our trip to Iguazu had to be eliminated in a hurry. Analia was RIGHT ON IT, cancelling my reservations at the hotel and all reservations for tours and pick ups with other companies in Iguazu. additionally Analia was able to make last minute hotel reservations for us in Buenos Aires where we were unexpectedly diverted after having to cancel Iguazu. I would highly highly recommend Eureka Travel. Not only are they easy and fun to work with but their expertise with all things Argentina, make them invaluable for anyone planning a trip to that country. Five stars!!

My wife and I booked a trip to Antarctica on our own on an ice breaker to see an emperor penguin colony. Analia helped us plan and book an itinerary in Argentina before and after the voyage and did a great job arranging guides, hotels, flights and excursions. Her services in this regard would have gotten a good review, but her real professionalism and caring came through while we were on the trip. During our voyage to Antarctica, the ship we were on became stuck in pack ice and its return to port was delayed. It eventually made it back to port a week late. We contacted Analia by satellite phone from the ship on a Sunday morning (I think we woke her up!) She worked with the expedition company that ran the ship excursion to cancel, rebook and rearrange our prior bookings constantly for the week we were stuck and did a magnificent job salvaging what could be saved of our remaining itinerary. Her enthusiasm and knowledge about travel in South America is great, her dedication to her clients makes her really special.

I recently booked a trip to Chile & Argentina with Eureka Travel and Analia, the owner of the travel agency was a delight to deal with.
Analia is Argentinian by birth so she knows the country very well and travels there regularly to see new hotels, restaurants etc. She gave us great advice about where to go and how long to stay in each location and listened carefully to what we wanted to get out of our trip - our likes and dislikes etc. he was very conscious of our budget too. Our trip was booked in record time and was seamless. We got a very thorough itinerary describing each day in detail, who would pick us up, who would guide us etc. We were travelling around both countries quite a lot but everything went so smoothly thanks to Analia's excellent planning. She managed to book all the hotels we wanted and provided us with excellent personal guides who were as personable as they were informative. Analia even sent us a complementary bottle of wine when we were in the wine region of Mendoza, Argentina and called one of our hotels in Chile to say hello and make sure we had arrived. During our trip we made a last minute change and wanted to get to Santiago on an earlier flight. We emailed Analia and she made the change in a matter of a couple of hours. When we returned she followed up with a call to ask how we enjoyed our trip, what we liked and what we didn't. Analia is a real professional and she genuinely cares that you have a great trip. I would highly recommend her services to anyone travelling to this part of the world.

Hi Analia,
We loved our hotels. We were able to change our room at
Hotel Concorde so that we had a balcony that looked out onto
the port. The staff was very nice, and we liked the hotel's
pool area. My favorite was Brisas de la Pedrera. They were
very kind and upgraded our room to one with a balcony and
ocean view. We didn't even ask, they just did it for us when
we arrived. Brisas was a particularly lovely hotel. And
Hotel Regency Golf Urbano in Montevideo was in the exact
location of the city where we wanted to be.

Thanks for all your help. I'm sure we will go back to
Uruguay again in the years to come.

Cheers,

We found Eureka travel via the website Zicasso. I was very concerned about using a travel agency we did not know or that any of our friends knew but wanted an agency that specialized in travel in Argentina. Since Zicasso screens agencies we were a bit more trusting. As soon as we received the inquiry from Eureka and Skyped with Analia Rupar-Przebieda - the owner of Eureka we knew we had a great match. We had an outstanding trip to Argentina and Ana did a fabulous job of setting it up and recommending places, hotels, activities. We highly recommend her if you plan a trip to Argentina and other South American destinations. She grew up in Argentina but moved to LA and started her own business. Since you are dealing with a US business it is much easier to make transactions and maintain communications. Not only was working with her professional it was fun!

It is hard to find a more conscientious, dedicated and enthusiastic travel agent who knows her stuff, thrives on a challenge and is such a pleasure to work with. Analia, from Eureka travel, has an amazing work ethic and provides the kind of customer service that is extremely rare in today’s world!
Analia sent us an e-mail offering to help plan our recent trip to Argentina which included two families, 5 young adults ranging in age from 20 – 27 and three different schedules arriving and departing over a two week period. She managed to coordinate our complicated schedules seamlessly ensuring that we all saw the best of Argentina.
She assisted with all our arrangements ranging from travel, hotel, restaurants and even New Year’s Eve! She was available for last minute questions or situations that arose while we were on the trip, enabling us to enjoy our vacation knowing she was just a phone call or e-mail away.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

You did a great job arranging our trip, especially given the short timeframe we gave you. The extra care you took to make you understood exactly what we wanted to do made all the difference. It was great to tap into your experience of having lived in Argentina and visited the areas of Patagonia we wanted to experience. We appreciate you answering our endless list of dumb questions. The extras of arranging someone to meet us at the airport and leaving messages for us along the way were terrific. Everything exceeded our expectations. It was a sincere pleasure working with you. We are really glad we got your name from the Chilean embassy. We will recommend you to all our friends when we share stories and photos of our trip.

My daughter and I researched travel agencies for a Patagonia trip pretty thoroughly. We chose Eureka and Analia for a couple reasons. First, her initial response was personal & secondly she's a native Argentinian. The decision proved to be the right one, for sure. Our trip went very well. The agency she used for our trek was excellent. We had a great leader by the mane of Kevin who if you go there and get him, consider yourself lucky. We had a great group of nine people from all over the world, but that was just our good fortune. They arrived on the trip through other agencies. We had transfers everywhere and were even surprised a couple times because we didn't examine our itineraries closely enough. would absolutely use Eureka again and might have to consider a return trip to Mendoza and Salta and some other places in Chile. Argentina is a great travel bargain for the US $ at this time. If you want a great trip with lots of adventure and value, book one through Eureka! Thanks Analia.

Analia was extremely knowledgeable. She responded to our questions and concerns immediately. She followed up with us during the trip. She was always pleasant and did not get flustered or upset if we changed plans. Our trip was very complicated with many people coming and going at different times, she kept the whole trip organized with spreadsheets etc. Overall I would recommend her highly and will use her again.

Happy New Year Analia!

We had a fabulous cruise from Santiago to Buenos Aires...

Our trip to Iguazu Falls was fabulous - the guide was great - we saw everything we wanted.
It was very hot & humid & I don't do well in the heat so one day was good enough for me & we were very satisfied.

All in all as far as Eureka Travel goes - I would highly recommend you to anyone or use you again if I ever return to Argentina or Chile (which I would like to do). Your service was excellent. The guide you provided was excellent, very informative, punctual & was so patient with us slugging along in the hot humid air.

Thank you again & one day I would like to return to South America & explore some of the areas closer to the mountains. If I do I will definitely use your services.

Eureka Travel planned our 50th anniversary trip to Buenos Aires and the falls at Iguazu. The cost was right in our price range. The thing that pleased me most was that they planned all the connections between airport, bus station, tours. There was a person who met us at all the points with a sign with our name. We didn't have to worry about the language, since the person that met us spoke English and Spanish. The person in Buenos Aires gave us a letter with her name and phone number, in case we needed help while we were there. The same in Iguazu. The tours they scheduled were excellent and gave us a good overview of Buenos Aires and took us to the beautiful places in Iguazu. The hotels were very nice for a 3*. Analia answered all our questions before hand and gave us good detail on all our plans. I don't think my husband and I could have made all the connections, reservations on our own. It made for a very enjoyable, relaxing & wonderful trip.

Thank You, Ana, for planning a perfect trip for us. We can`t stop talking about it: how all the connections went smoothly; how your attention to detail was so obvious; how much fun we had; what nice people we met. I made sure that Tauck was made aware of what you did for us. Not a single problem. Your part of the trip was just as professional and flawless as Tauck who has been at this for lots of years.

Eureka Travel has booked two trips for my wife and I, one to Italy and the other to Argentina . It was the best experience we have had with any travel agency so far. There is a difference when travel arrangements are made by a travel agent who has been there and done that. Ana was born and raised in Argentina and knows South America very well.
