As a business owner who travels extensively to get fresh ideas for architecture, etc., it\'s good to count on a Travel Agency to help me with the tedious task of reservations and most importantly to incorporate some fun and leisure time. Having sat down with Ana, she layed out a detailed itinerary to suit my needs for a 21 day trip to Iguazu Falls, Buenos Aires, Bariloche, Calafate & Ushuaia. I\'ve dealt with many other agencies that were run of the mill and Eureka Travel was my best experience to date. I was impressed with Ana\'s passion, poise, expertise and her knowledge of her native land. She turned a business trip into one of my most memorable vacations ever. All my expectations were met and exceeded! I would highly recommend Eureka Travel for business or pleasure to Argentina.

We used Eureka travel to go to Easter Island and then to Chile over the holiday season to watch our son play soccer in an International tournament. Analia and her staff were absolutely unbelievable. We travel extensively and Eureka travel agency was perhaps the BEST we have ever experienced. Not only did she and her staff work hard to find us the best and cheapest flights (which they did), she helped find us reservations at a hotel that initially was booked. Given that we spent a lot of time at the soccer tournaments and we were unclear about our schedule, she was extremely flexible and never pressured us into planning side trips. In addition, we later learned that our college aged son was going to continue traveling on to Peru and she gladly found him flights and helped organize an itinerary. Our return flight was delayed and we knew we would miss our connection back to California. We quickly texted Analia to see if she could arrange for us to get on a new flight which she did on her own time, well after business hours. She continued to stay in touch to make sure we made our new flight and even to make sure we landed safely home! I would give Analia and her staff the absolute highest rating possible. They are attentive, extremely knowledgeable and completely honest. We plan on using their services again as soon as we plan another trip.

I cannot express how pleased I am with Eureka Travel. As I was developing the plans for the trip, they were helpful with suggestions and accommodated all my requests. The transportation to and from airport, hotel, tours was excellent. The guides were very, very good. The lunch and dinner provided w/tour were excellent. Your help made our trip a wonderful experience. Also, when I was unable to call the local contacts (b/c my inability to get country codes, etc figured out) I could always email/call directly to your U.S. office for assistance. you helped solve any problems right away. Will definitely use Eureka Travel again when we return to Peru.
